1 Refunds policy
1.1 The Guitar Circle will replace any returned defective goods at it’s own cost
1.2 In the case of services purchased, you can cancel your order seven working days (i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after you have placed the order. In the case of full Membership, you cannot cancel once you have supplied information for your customised web site and work has begun on that site.
1.3 In the case of goods purchased, you can cancel your order seven working days (i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after you have received the goods.
1.4 N.B. This refunds policy does not apply to any software, CD, DVD’s, tapes, audio or video recordings which has been unsealed, opened, damaged or used in any way unless they are defective. You must take good care of any goods that are supplied. If you change your mind about the order, we recommend that you do not even open the package delivered and simply return it to us by post.
1.5 You must send a notice of cancellation by email to shop@theguitarcircle.com or by writing to Customer Services, The Guitar Circle, Barn Close, 12 Lambridge, Bath, BA1 6BJ. N.B. A phone call is not enough.
1.6 The effective date of cancellation is the date on which the notice is sent.
1.7 The Guitar Circle will refund the money within 30 working days of the notice being given or on receipt of the returned goods complying with clause 1.2 above.
1.8 The Guitar Circle will not charge you for the costs it incurs in delivery. However, our terms require that you must return the goods at your own expense in the event of your cancellation. You must ensure the goods are properly and securely packed and arrive back to us undamaged. We reserve the right to deduct any costs we incur in recovering the goods from any refund given.
2 Local taxes and duties
The responsibility for any local taxes and duties rests with our customers.
